Muhammad Javed facilitates leadership and professional training and development interventions in the corporate and education sectors. He has a rich and diverse experience spanning many continents as an analyst, business process consultant, entrepreneur and trainer in various industries. He has also worked as a management and professional trainer in arguably the world’s largest company facilitating intensive programs like Communications Quality training, and coaching as well as the 7-week employee onboarding program. Muhammad has facilitated various workshops on emotional intelligence, business ethics, project management, corporate social responsibility, and more.
Muhammad is the founder of an online training academy, Muslim Launchpad, catering to Muslim Professionals empowering them through world-class professional and leadership development tailored uniquely from an Islamic Perspective. He also developed and launched the 360 Youth Leadership Development Program (YL360) focused on facilitating the youth to unleash their potential to be leaders of tomorrow and contribute positively to their society. Muhammad’s keen interest in the leadership arena has driven him to to publish book titled “Nurturing Emotional Intelligence: The Prophetic Path to Inner Harmony and Personal Growth”.
He is certified practitioner of Thomas Emotion TEIQue tool and formerly certified as trainer by American Society for Talent Development. He holds a B.S. in Computer Information Science from USA and Masters in Education Leadership and currently pursuing a Phd. in Education Curriculum.
